This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple portfolio companies. You'll work on designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. You'll play a crucial role in shaping product experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.
What You'll Do:

Who You Are:
- •Experience: At least 3 years in UI/UX design roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- •Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- •Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch), with knowledge of prototyping tools.
- •Development Understanding: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web/mobile development constraints.
- •Research Skills: Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- •Design Systems: Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- •Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate design decisions.
- •Independent: Confident in managing your workload and projects autonomously in a remote setting.
- •Proactive: Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
- •Organized: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining focus in a self-driven environment.
- •Working Environment: Experienced in a dynamic environment working on multiple projects, ideally startup or tech company experience.
- •Languages: Full professional fluency in English required. German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
